Members of this research group collaborate in the oil cleaning tasks of the coastline of Asturias and Galicia, after the ecological catastrophe caused by the sinking of the fuel tanker Prestige.

Testing System) presented in the ICSE
conference (International Conference on Software Engineering)

First version of GADEA released. This UIMS (User Interface Management System) provides automatic adaptation for any WIMP-based interface.
The journal on artificial intelligence PC-AI recognizes our work in the development of interactive agents under the INXENA research program.
Beginning of the FEIJOO.net program, developing adaptive e-learning courses.
Development of the JEDI Project: Java Enabled Database over
Internet (ESPRIT EP-24231).
Creation of the JEDI consortium integrated by
Anaya Multimedia (Spain), Guinti Multimedia
(Italy), TransTools (Germany) and the University of Oviedo (Spain). Development of the second version of CineMedia Astur is obtained as a result.
Beginning of the INXENA research program based on the design of intelligent interactive
agents.
